Walking alongside men.
For men who want to lead, love and follow Jesus well, without trying to do it alone.
A different kind of strength.
Most men are used to carrying responsibility. We work, provide, care for our families and show up for others.
But having people depend on you doesn't mean you have to work everything out alone.
I walk alongside men who want to grow in faith, be present to the people they love, and lead with greater intention.
A season of walking alongside might be right if:
You're facing a decision and want a steady, outside voice.
You're carrying a role at work, at home or in ministry that's heavier than you expected.
You've been circling the same thing for a while and want company on the way through.
I won't rush you, shame you, or hand you a formula.
Two doors. One season.
For men in everyday life
Tradesmen, business owners, fathers, men in transition or men who feel stuck.
You don't need to be a church leader. You need to want to grow.
For men in ministry
Pastors and leaders who carry others and rarely have someone who carries them.
This is an outside, confidential space with no denominational reporting lines, shaped by 25 years inside ministry, both full-time and bi-vocational.
I've spent a long time walking alongside men.
I spent 15 years working underground in coal mining and more than 25 years in Christian ministry. In both worlds, I've learnt the importance of seeing the man, looking out for him, and helping when needed.
Today, I'm Discipleship Pastor at C3 Powerhouse on the Sunshine Coast and the Australian Ambassador for Wild at Heart, where I help men explore what it means to have their hearts restored in Jesus.
My work with men grows out of years of faith, family, leadership and learning to follow Jesus myself. I don't have every answer, but I know the value of having someone steady beside you for the road ahead.
A season of walking alongside
Six conversations over 90 days. A regular space to talk honestly about your faith, family, work and leadership, and work out your next faithful step.
We start with a no-pressure conversation of about 30 minutes to see whether we're a good fit. If we decide to continue, we'll meet by phone or video for six 60-minute calls, approximately fortnightly. Our final conversation reviews the season and considers what comes next.

You don't have to work it all out alone.
If something here has resonated, let's have a conversation. No pitch, no pressure. Just a chance to talk and see whether walking together makes sense.
